Pacific Surf Company’s Lead Instructor leads PSCo’s Water Team by coordinating and supervising the day to day operations of Surf & SUP Lessons.
The Lead Instructor works closely with and reports to the Operations Manager & General Managers to make sure the operations are well coordinated, effective and efficient.
They lead fellow PSCo team members to achieve Pacific Surf Company’s Mission Statement, guided by our company pillars & culture.
