What we offer:
Minimum salary of $600 usd per month (14 hrs per week which is +- 5 lessons) plus tips.
We pay per lesson, the more lessons, the more money.
Accommodation (private room at a Costa Rican Family home, 2 mins from the beach).
Coach must have:
– ISA L1 or L2 (or equivalent degree from its region).
– Decent surf skills (At least 6 years of surfing experience).
– Drivers License.
– Languages: English 90%, Spanish (some, not absolutely necessary), Another language is a plus.
– Flexibility: There will be weeks where work is slow, and other weeks where there will be loads of lessons.
WHEN?
Ideally we would like you to start working beginning of November 2021 and we’ll have enough work for you until March 2022, after that the season will slow down.
