The job will be managing & supervising all operations, implanting new processes where necessary, accounting, word press web design, marketing, & assisting the owner with everything necessary.

This job would suit an experienced project manager to join for a few months to help us implement new structures & processes or an individual looking for a long-term career in the Algarve to grow in the hospitality industry & have a better work-life balance than in a corporate job.
You don´t need to have worked in a watersports company before but we require an academic degree (university or similar) and 2-4 years of work experience in an operations-heavy role, ideally in project management or hospitality industry.
Already gained first team management experience is a prerequisite.
Fluent English (German, Portuguese or other languages are a bonus).
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
Team player at heart and you like to roll up your sleeves and jump in to support your team whenever needed.
Computer literacy is essential.
