Love the job you’re in! This is the perfect sea change role for a couple or two singles who want to change their life. Located on the East Coast, 30 mins North of Coffs Harbour is Spot X, our surf camp oasis hidden on a creekside beachfront in a beautiful coastal surf town.
As the Surf Camp and Holiday Park manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the park across all divisions of housekeeping, cleaning, grounds and maintenance, working in the general store on site, responsible for reservations and more.
For the ocean lovers
You surf! Or at least you’re an ocean lover who appreciates living by the seaside.
You must have experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service and administration.
You enjoy making sure guests have everything they need, answer all their questions and problem solve any issues that may arise. You are flexible enough to be on call and able to handle any complaints that could come through with a can do attitude.
You are organised and follow through on systems and checklists and have the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
