KITE INSTRUCTOR — Hvide Sande, Denmark (2026 Season) Freelance Full Time Part Time Temporary

Expected hours: 15–35 per week (weather & booking dependent)

Compensation: Fixed monthly salary or hourly (+performance bonuses)

Accommodation & meals: Provided as employee benefits (private room, shared bathroom; same meals as guests)

Requirements

• VDWS or IKO instructor certification
• Minimum 1 full season of teaching experience
• Confident English and German
• Due to Danish regulations, must hold an EU passport or valid EU work permit

Responsibilities

• Teaching beginner and intermediate kitesurfing lessons (up to 4–5 students per group)
• Leading theory, safety briefings & equipment setup instruction
• Organizing appropriate no-wind activities (theory, SUP/kayak tours, kite handling, light-wind training)
• Supporting guests in understanding wind, weather & safety
• Ensuring equipment is cleaned, maintained & stored correctly
• Participating in reasonable shared tasks (dry room, garage, courtyard, simple garden upkeep)
