Endless Summer Tenerife is all about creating amazing surf camp experiences. We offer surfing, surf skating, diving, hiking, BBQs, and more, making sure our guests have an fun and active holiday. Our goal is to share our love for surfing and the outdoors with people from all over the world, building a fun and welcoming community.

Job Description:
We’re looking for a fun and skilled Surf Instructor to join our team. If you love teaching surfing and have a great attitude, this could be the perfect fit for you! You’ll be giving surf lessons for small groups of up to six people. Plus, you’ll drive guests from their accommodation to the surf school on the beach.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach people how to surf
Run surf theory lessons and practical training sessions.
Work with small groups of up to six people.
Drive guests from their accommodation to the beach.
Make sure everyone has a safe and good time.
Take care of the surfing equipment.

Qualifications:
Valid Surf Instructor’s License.
Valid Driver’s License.
Experience as a surf instructor.
Great communication and people skills.
Able to work well with groups and keep things fun.

What We Offer:
