Team Member at Da Silva Surfcamp Full Time

Would you like to be part of a unique surf camp experience on the Portuguese Atlantic Coast? We are looking for motivated and flexible team members for the 2025 season (March to October) who are passionate about creating unforgettable stays for our guests.

Your responsibilities:

Catering:

• Preparing the daily breakfast buffet
• Organizing and hosting 2 BBQ evenings per week

Cleanliness & Organization:

• Cleaning and tidying the bar
• Restocking the bar refrigerator
• Daily waste disposal (surfcamp + lodges)
• Cleaning communal bathrooms
• Washing laundry and maintaining the laundry room
• Keeping the surfcamp grounds and communal areas clean
• Pool cleaning

Logistics & Supplies:

• Shopping for groceries and household supplies
• Larger purchases at wholesale markets

Guest Services:

• General guest assistance
• Shuttle service (e.g., to the beach or shopping)
• Supporting evening activities like foosball tournaments or karaoke

Maintenance:

• Care and maintenance of Beach Cruisers

What we offer:

• Accommodation: A caravan on-site
• Meals: Daily breakfast and 2 BBQ evenings per week
• Free time: Use of a team vehicle (subject to availability)
• Surfing: Participation in surf lessons, including equipment rental (when spaces are available)
• Pocket money: €400 per month

Details:

• Timeframe: April to October 2025
• Work hours: 40-60 hours per week, approximately 50% guest interaction
