Surf School Surf Instructor Opportunity in Costa da Caprarica, Portugal

Are you passionate about surfing, community, and creating unforgettable experiences? We seek a dynamic Surf Instructor to teach at our surf school/surf camp/Junior surf camp. With many guests a week and a strong emphasis on a family atmosphere, this role is perfect for who loves to be with people and teach them the best quality surf possible.

Surf Instructor in Lisbon Costa da Caparica, Portugal

We are hiring fully motived and professional Surf Instructors to be part of our experienced team and give high quality surf lessons.

Months: April – November 2025

Position: Paid Job – Accommodation (can be included)

Schedule: Flexible according to our surf lessons schedule (1 to 4/5 lessons a day, 1h30 mnt per lesson).

Main Tasks:

• Organize and give surf lessons to all kinds of students (level, age, nationality, etc.);
• Use our teaching model and show the correct safety techniques;
• Be responsible for all the surf lessons duties;
• Arrange and save all the surf material before and after the lessons.

Basic qualifications:

• Portuguese Instructor Course (Cédula de Treinador Desportivo) is a big plus and required (up to date);
• Previous experience in a similar job, internship phase or general surf experience;
• Fluency (spoken) in English and other language (German, French or Spanish) is a plus.
