🌴 Social Host & Instagram Manager at Wild Ahangama

Wild Ahangama is a wellness hub tucked away in the jungle of Sri Lanka’s South Coast — a vibrant space where community, creativity, and wellbeing come together. We offer daily yoga, a functional gym, massage treatments, a rotating calendar of events and workshops and café, ice baths and sauna in collaboration with our partners at Ember & Ice.

We’re looking for a people-loving, content-savvy host to join our team for the high season — someone who can connect authentically with guests in person and capture the energy of Wild online.

🧘‍♀️ What You’ll Do

• Welcome and check in guests for yoga, fitness, massage and wellness sessions
• Help create an inclusive, friendly environment for our community and visitors
• Capture and curate engaging photo and video content
• Manage Wild Ahangama’s Instagram — posting consistently and building excitement around our events and experiences
• Collaborate with our team and partners on creative content ideas and promotions

🌞 Who You Are

• A natural host — social, curious, and comfortable chatting with guests from all over the world
• Experienced in managing and growing Instagram accounts for businesses or brands (must be able to show examples)
• Creative, organised, and excited about wellness, surf culture, and island life
• Comfortable with flexible, part-time hours — leaving plenty of time to surf, explore, or work on other projects

📅 Details

• Contract: December – April (high season)
• Hours: Part-time (approx. 20-25 hrs/week)
• Compensation: Paid position (details shared with shortlisted candidates)
• Location: On-site at Wild Ahangama, Sri Lanka
