Surf Instructor Full Time

We’re looking for a motivated and responsible surf instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional and can work long hours on the beach. He is charismatic and loves working with people from around the world.

AVAILABILITY- Now and looking for a one year contract.

Your Role:

• Teach beginner and intermediate or advanced surf lessons (groups & private)
• Help maintain equipment and keep the surf area clean and organized
• Support the team with daily operations at the surf shack
• Welcome the clients if needed
• Probably take care of the school 2 days a week when the manager is on his day off.
• Represent the Cabarete Surf Company spirit — friendly, professional, and fun!

Requirements:

• Previous surf coaching experience (ISA certification a plus)
• Good communication skills in English & Spanish necessary (French a plus)
• Positive attitude, team player, and reliable
• Able to work with children and families
• Able to work from 7 am to 17 pm. One day off per week. (for high season)
• Be flexible and independant
