We’re looking for energy, motivation, and great people skills.
Tiny Whale Surf School is looking for a full-time Surf Instructor to join our team for the summer season in Lagos, Algarve.

This role is ideal for someone who may not have extensive experience yet but brings high energy, a strong work ethic, and the right attitude. We’re happy to train the right person.

What this job is really about:

• Picking up guests from designated locations
• Driving to the beach and managing daily logistics
• Delivering fun, safe, and professional surf lessons
• Working with new guests every day
• Driving clients back and handling drop-offs
• Following a clear, well-organised daily structure with energy and positivity
  This is a high-volume, people-focused role where your attitude, consistency, and people skills make all the difference.

Requirements (non-negotiable):

• Surf Instructor qualification (or close to completing one)
• Valid Surf Safety / Lifeguard certificate
• Full European driving license
• Legal right to work in Portugal
• Good level of English (other languages are a plus)
• Previous experience is helpful but not essential
