We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Host at our dynamic surf camp in Sri Lanka, from mid-March 2025 onwards. As a Social Host, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable, relaxing. Your main responsibilities will include:
Warm Guest Welcome: Greet guests upon their arrival with a friendly and welcoming manner. Assist with smooth check-in procedures, making them feel at home from the start.
Engaging Social Events: Organize and lead a variety of engaging social events, encouraging active guest participation and interaction.
Guest Assistance: Be responsive to guest inquiries and concerns, addressing them promptly and courteously to enhance guest satisfaction.
Daily Guest Interaction: Interact with guests daily, making sure their needs are met and exceeded. Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere throughout their stay.
Special Event and Excursion Planning: Assist in planning and organizing special events and excursions to provide unique experiences for our guests.
Guest Feedback Handling: Handle guest feedback and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
Content Collection for Social Media: Collect content for social media and hand it over to the management for promotional purposes.
Your skills

Expected Work:
There will be two social hosts working in shifts. Each host is responsible for 24 hours and then has 24 hours off. During your shift, you are expected to:
Join the meals with the guests and ensure that those with special food preferences receive their dedicated meals.
Welcome guests arriving at night.
Be overall responsible for guest satisfaction and activities, such as:
Going surfing with the guests.
Playing card games.
Chilling at the pool.
Visiting a nearby café for live music in the evening.
We do not expect you to be actively working for the full 24 hours during your shift; this period simply defines your responsibility.
Availability
We are seeking social hosts for the following periods.
From mid-April 2025 onwards (minimum 2 months)
