Surf Program Manager Full Time

We are seeking a motivated self-starter to join the team here at KuraSurf Lombok as our Surf Program Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of managing a team of surf guides and have worked as a guide or in the surf accomodation business for 3+ years.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

SurfWeek Introduction
Car/Board/Break selection and management
Guide management (training, best practices, assignments, scheduling)
Surf forecasting and spot selection with head guides
Surf 5 days/week (can be single session)
Provide high level coaching so guides can follow through
Content days assignment (drone/photo)
Supplement head guide reviews at camp
Friday BBQ/Wednesday Social (sunset and dinner)
Camera gear management
Surf inventory management
Surf theory / dry land drills
Manage classes in your own way (beginner/intermediate/intermediate2/advanced)
Guest communication in and out of water – spell it out for them
