OCEAN ACADEMY DEPUTY MANAGER & WINDSURF MANAGER

We are looking for our Ocean Academy Deputy Manager & Windsurf Manager  in Dakhla, Morocco, to work alongside our Ocean Academy Manager:

Missions:

Participate at the management of a team on 20 people of kitesurf, wing foil and windsurf instructors, security specialists and assistants
Participate at the management of the kitesurf, wing-foil and windsurf equipment
Participate at the management of the client satisfaction
Accomplish administrative tasks
Participate at marketing and communication actions to develop the Ocean Academy brand
Profile:

Master’s degree
You have good knowledge of the world of kitesurfing
You are structured and organized
You speak fluent in English (French is a plus) and have excellent communication skills

Conditions:

Possibility to live in a villa in Dakhla downtown
Payment in EUR possible
Attractive fixed salary & commissions
