vegetarian / vegan Cook Full Time Part Time

We are a yoga-veggie-surf guesthouse in Palhais / Ericeira offering all-inclusive packages during the season.

For this time we are looking for a vegetarian Cook who will enjoy preparing meals as follow:

Tuesdays & Wednesdays Lunch box and Dinner, Thursdays: Breakfast & Lunch box, Friday day off (needs to be confirmed if it will be Friday or another day), Saturday-Monday: Breakfast
Breakfast shift included preparing breakfast washing the dishes after breakfast, keeping the kitchen tidy and clean (7am-11am), bringing the compost to our beautiful garden.
Lunchbox: using the leftovers from dinner the evening before and creating in total minimum 3 nourishing salads for people to make their own lunchbox.
Dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday contains always Soup, main dish, side dish, veggies, special salad, salad
since people are very active we need to make sure there is always enough protein available for the meals
it will be total hours work 32 hours / week.

We provide private accomodation in the etic of one of the houses, shared bathroom with the guests, including the use of the facilities (gym, yoga shala, living room, kitchen, dining room) + a board veggie meals included. This is a paid opportunity (portuguese salary). You will need to be available as soon as possible and have the intention to stay for the rest of the season (mid November, can be extended). You will need to speak / understand either some portugues or french or spanish or italian. the common language in the guesthouse is english, the language in the team is portugues / french / spanish / english

We are looking for somebody who knows the benefits of living in a beautiful place, next to the beach (Ribeira d´ilhas is 15 minutes walk), veggie & yoga vibe – a quiet calm place.
