Responsibilities
Bookings & Schedules
Advises guests on the offered services
Makes booking, issues invoices and receives payments
Informs client about liability and cancellation policy
Reviews and optimizes booking schedule for the next day and coordinates team
Pre-Coaching & Post-Coaching Client Service
Welcomes guests at the surf school
Introduces client to coach
Organizes and follows up with video photographer
Organizes after surf refreshment
Serves the client and takes care of any additional needs
Schedules next bookings
Invites client to afternoon program
Client Communications
Handles all emails, IG messages, WhatsApp and Phone Calls
Check-in and check-out of guests to afternoon program
Receives guests joining the afternoon program
Makes sure client has all necessary information and documents signed
Issues invoices and receives payments
Ensures safety guidelines and rules are followed during the afternoon program
Team Coordinator Makes sure everyone in the team is following the protocols and work instructions Makes sure the entire facility is kept clean and well maintained
Overviews the entire operation and reports to the operational manager
Opening and closing procedure of the surf school
Participates actively in professional development workshops
Reports sales and manages cash box
Manages inventory and requests purchases
Working Hours
40 hours / week, 1 – 2 days off per week
