We are looking for an enthusiastic surf instructor for our school, operating between Porto and Vila do Conde region.

We can offer competitive wages, commissions, tips, and bonuses. Flexible scheduling with hours morning to afternoon

Job Summary:

• Conduct surf lessons daily while creating memories that will last lifetimes
• Create a friendly “Aloha” spirited environment
• Drive guests to the beach and back
• Basic gear maintenance.

Requirements:

• Surf instructing experience is required.
• Surf experience

We are looking for someone who is money-driven, excels in customer service.
