Housekeeping in Sunny Cascais ☀️ Full Time Temporary

We need someone to make sure our lovely accommodations are shining, tidy and ready to receive our guests in the best and most organized way.

Where: Cascais, Portugal

Months: March – End of November 2026

Position: Full time job (8h/day – 5 days a week)

Schedule: 7h30 – 15h30 or 11h30 – 19h30

Main Tasks:

• General house cleaning;
• Making beds and setting rooms for new guests;
• Organizing the house and making sure everything is tidy and clean;
• Laundry & maintenance control;
• Teaching & supervising volunteers in both breakfast & cleaning shifts;
• Guest Service: make sure the clients feel at home, have everything they need and are well oriented with our house facilities.

Basic qualifications:

• No bachelor degree required but any Hospitality or Tourism course is a big plus.
• Fluency (spoken) in English and preferably other languages (German, French, Spanish or Portuguese); Spanish);
• Valid EU drivers license (manual).

• Love for outdoor sports & surfing.
