Surf Cascais is looking for energetic and happy persons to help out in our basic daily duties in exchange for a culture and surf experience in Cascais.

Where: Surf Villa & Surf House in Cascais, Portugal

Months: All year-round (min. 6 weeks – max.10 weeks)

Position: Non paid volunteer work

 Schedule: 5h shifts (Breakfast, Cleaning, Bar) – 5 days a week

Main tasks:

• Breakfast shift and general cleaning;
• Bar shift and helping with our weekly dinners (shopping, serving, cleaning, etc.);
• Making sure the house is clean, organized and looking amazing to our guests;
• Help with driving, logistics & organizing small events (surf school, tours, softop comp, etc.);
• Socializing with guests and helping them to get around the accommodations and Cascais;
• General help in the house.Basic qualifications:

Basic qualifications:

• No bachelor degree required but any Hospitality or Tourism course is a big plus.
• Fluency (spoken) in English and preferably other language (German, French, Spanish or Portuguese);
• Minimum age: 19 years old;
• Valid EU drivers license (manual).

• Love for outdoor sports & surfing.
