VOLUNTEER PROGRAM – CONTENT CREATOR 🎥

Surf Cascais is looking for a creative, pro-active, social and happy person to help our media manager creating some fun & amazing content for our Social Media channels. Would also help in our basic daily duties in exchange for a culture and surf experience in Cascais.

Where: In our Surf House in Cascais, Portugal

When: Mid February to Mid December  (min. 8 weeks – max.12 weeks)

Position: Nonpaid volunteer work

Schedule: 5h shifts / 5 days a week (Social Media shifts – following our Media Manager schedule

Requirements: Minimum 21yo + valid drivers license (manual) + fluent English + previous experience in a similar role

Main tasks:

• Planning and creating content for our Social Media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Blog, etc.);
• Helping organizing weekly tours (especially sunset) and giving support in all tasks (including driving);
• Assist our Media Manager in everything needed into her weekly tasks (Video coaching, weekly video, etc.);
• Out of the box thinking & creativity for different content and marketing ideas.

Other volunteer tasks:

• Breakfast shift and general cleaning, helping with our weekly dinners (shopping, serving, cleaning, etc.);
• Making sure the house is clean, organized and looking amazing to our guests;
• Socializing with guests and helping them to get around the accommodations and Cascais.
