Responsible for the DEDICATED Gothenburg store and a team of five sales reps. We work for more
a sustainable fashion industry with reliable certifications and transparency in our whole production.
My work consists of sales management with follow-ups on key figures, customer service, staff
responsibility, recruiting, marketing and problem-solving in an everyday retail business environment.
I was responsible for the male floor of the Samsøe Samsøe store in Gothenburg and also managed the
brand in three big shopping centers. My work consisted of sales and reaching the finacial targets for my department. I managed orders and storage as well as full visual merchandising responsibility.
I first worked with DEDICATED during my university studies. In the store I was working full on with
sales, visual merchandising and customer support. During the summers I also worked with the brand on
multiple events such as Hallifornia and Roskskilde and used my skills from studying Event Management
to create pop-up operations where we more than doubled our sales my first year.
During my studies, I and a close knitted team started an event agency supported by Alexandersson
Institutet. We created over 20 different projects from planning and executing to following up. Outside
doing these events my responsibility for the organization was focused on communication and marketing as well as maintaining close cooperation with our long-term clients.
