My name is Olivia Schroeder and I am a 16 year old ingoing junior at Torrey Pines High School. Some of my hobbies include distance running as a varsity athlete on my school’s cross country and track and field team. I also am very interested in art and music. I love exploring museums and attending local concerts around San Diego. Oftentimes during the summer I can be found at the beach whether that be swimming or surfing. I work well with others and have a very good work ethic.
I take my academics very seriously, as for I make it a point to maintain a 4.0 or higher GPA. I build good relationships with my teachers and student body too. Over the years I have participated in various clubs at my school and the PALS (peer assistant listener) program. This has helped me become more involved in my school and student life. I love to support my school’s sport teams whether it be a Friday night football game or dance showcase. I also participate in sports as well, as I am a varsity runner for my school’s cross country and track and field team. By participating in sports I am to challenge myself in sports and compete with fellow schools.
