Receptionist in a small hotel – Playa Grande, Costa Rica Full Time
Small hotel 150 m from beach break with 13 rooms, bar and restaurant is looking for a receptionist.
Job Description:
- Management of guest arrival, orientation, and departure
- Management software of check in, check out, bookings and email
- Management of guest experience
- Management of the team to ensure proper execution of responsibilities
- Management of weekly/monthly expense accounting for Cash Account (petty cash)
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Background and work experience in customer service
- Computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, Gmail and Google Drive
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and collaborative management style
