Kitesurf | Windsurf | Wingfoil instructors wanted! Freelance Full Time Part Time

We are looking for full-time certified instructors (IKO/VDWS) or motivated (wind/kite/wing) surfers or for our Kitesurfing, Windsurfing and Wingfoiling school in Zeeland. We have an internal instructor training of all disciplines for motivated surfers who want to become instructors. For our low season, we are looking for local instructors to join us in the weekends and holidays, for the high season we are looking for national and international instructors. Payment starts a 12,50€ per hour (if you are in training of becoming an instructor) and can get up to €17,50 an hour, based on skill level and language. Bonus can be earned and team clothing is available.

KITESURFING (5+ instructors)
We teach kitesurfing to beginners and advanced students on 3 different locations: Neeltje Jans, Vrouwenpolder and Borssele. All spots are tidal, which means that they are sometimes flat, sometimes wavy and we have a shallow lagoon every now and then. This year we have been able to teach 71 days out of the 90 days of high season, which comes to an average of 5 days of wind per week. You can teach a maximum of 3 lessons of 2,5 hours each day. Brands we use are Slingshot, Flysurfer, Lieuwe and Mystic

WINDSURF (2 instructors) DUTCH ONLY
We teach windsurfing on the south part of the Veerse Meer, a big lake of 20,3 km2. The water here is knee-deep and the conditions are perfect for beginner and advanced windsurfers. We teach 7 lessons of 1 hour per day, every day from the first of July until the first weekend of September. The wind is almost always onshore, and we can teach with windspeed from 4 knots onwards, which is almost every day. We use Unifiber equipment.

WINGFOIL (2-3 instructors)
A new sport we will be teaching from season 2022, on the northwest side of the Veerse Meer. We’ll be teaching 4 lessons of 2 hours per day, on a location with deep water and a boat to assist with lessons. We use equipment of Slingshot, combined with Unifiber inflatable SUPs and boards.

ACCOMMODATION
We offer free accommodation to full-time instructors (min 5 full days available per week) on a campsite in the area of Vrouwenpolder for kite- and windsurfing, and on a campsite in the area of Wolphaartsdijk for windsurfing. Both campsites are fully equipped with a caravan/tent and everything needed for living and cooking.

TEAM
We have a mixed national/international (EU) team every year, with a lot of BBQ’s, parties and fun activities in case of no wind. Every year we have some team sessions on Domburg, the big wave spot, and a fun day where we do a big team activity followed by dinner and drinks for everyone.
