Surf Coach Full Time Part Time Temporary

Surf Spirit brings people together to enjoy surfing and yoga in our tropical paradise in Sri Lanka. It is our intention not just to create a community of guests but also being a strong team of locals and western staff. Our staff is invited to live their passion and connect to people. We love to work with open minded folks who share their thoughts, interact with guests & the Surf Spirit team to spread our lifestyle & being a role model for guests. Surf Coach Position
Currently we are looking for a qualified Surf Coach to join our team in Sri Lanka asap.

About the job (tasks)

• 5 x 2,5 h group lesson a week (guests stay a full week)
• Provide Quality Surf lessons
• Prepare Theory parts before every surf lesson (Guidelines will be given)
• Split the group into different levels
• Choose the spot of the day
• Video Analysis: Once a week (Analyse waves of guests & provide appropriate feedback)

Requirements

• Experience as a coach
• Ability to coach Beginners, Experienced Beginners & Intermediates
• Fluent English
• Ability to speak in front of a group
• Organise the group (according to levels)
• Hands on Mentality
• Ability to organise & do the video Analysis
• Good Vibes & Socialising skills
• Being able to be part of a team
