EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or equivalent experience.
• At least two years’ proven work experience in the hospitality sector.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mentality, maintenance, and craftsmanship skills.
• Surf coach licence.
• Full driver’s license for driving in Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the overall management and day-to-day operations of the surf school.
• Collaborate with the Surf School Manager to set and achieve goals and objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage surf school bookings and create external schedules.
• Oversee the booking process for our surf school and coordinate with clients to provide suitable solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Take care of maintenance organization for the accommodation.

DATE OF EMPLOYMENT
