HOUSE KEEPING in Sunny Cascais ☀️

We need someone to make sure our lovely accommodations are shinning, tidy and ready to receive our guests in the best and most organized way.

Where: Cascais, Portugal
Months: February – December 2025
Position: Full time job (8h/day – 5 days a week)
Schedule: 7h30 – 15h30 or 10h00 – 18h00

Main Tasks:

• General house cleaning;
• Making beds and setting rooms for new guests;
• Organizing the house and making sure everything is tidy and clean;
• Laundry & maintenance control;
• Teaching & supervising volunteers in both breakfast & cleaning shifts;
• Guest Service: make sure the clients feel at home, have everything they need and are well oriented with our house facilities.

Basic qualifications:

• No bachelor degree required but any Hospitality or Tourism course is a big plus;
• Fluency (both written and spoken) in English and preferably other language (Portuguese, German or Spanish);

Profile:

• Independency and autonomy;
• Multitasking and problem solving;
• Accuracy and attention to the detail;
• Energetic, motived & pro-active;
• Love for outdoor sports & surfing.
