OCEAN ACADEMY GENERAL MANAGER

We are looking for a General Manager for our Ocean Academy in Dakhla, Morocco.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 20 people, including kitesurfing, wing foiling, and windsurfing instructors, water safety officers, and assistants.
• Managing kitesurfing, wing-foiling, windsurfing, and surfing equipment.
• Managing the Ocean Academy shop.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring safety on the beach and in the water.
• Handling administrative tasks.
• Participating in marketing and communication activities to promote the Tour d’Eole Ocean Academy brand.

All these tasks will be carried out in coordination with the Tour d’Eole management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong knowledge of the kitesurfing industry.
• Structured, organized, and proactive.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities.

Conditions:

• Possibility of accommodation in a villa in downtown Dakhla.
• Payment in Euros is possible.
• Fixed salary plus a percentage based on the center’s results.
• Annual package around 40,000 Euros net.
