Kitesurf & Wingfoil Instructors in Mallorca Full Time

Instructors wanted!

Come join the Pura Vida Mallorca team for the 2024 season.

We are still looking for a couple extra instructors for kitesurfing and wingfoiling, if you can do both, that´s best!
We are located right at the beach, and offer multitude of activities to our clients (Kitesuf, wingfoil, efoil, sup, jetsurf, wakefoil, summer camps and more), there is a restaurant right beside our school and a nice vibe on the bay.

Dates: 15th March to 15 October 2024

The ideal instructor will be able to

• handle both, kite and wing lessons, and have minimum one season experience
• deliver lessons in english and at least one more language (spanish/german)
• drive a rib boat (zodiac-like) or willing to learn and do lessons off the boat
• be up to run other activities such as efoil, jetsurf, sup,.. (if you have never done it before, you will receive training)
• take part of an international team and be open to discover new activities and flexible work due to weather conditions

What we offer

• fixed salary + commission
• low-rate accommodation at the team-house (up on availability), or extra cash to help you pay for your own accommodation outside
• optional extra hours on peak season if you would like to increase your pay
• use of school gear on your free time to learn / ride
• low rates at our North and F-one Shop in town
