The Reef Kite + Surf on Sandy Beach in St Lucia in the Caribbean is looking for a certified kitesurf instructor who can also teach wing-foiling, to run our small but vibrant water sports centre for the 2024-25 winter season (December till April/May). Some knowledge of windsurfing would be a bonus. Beautiful location with strong and steady cross-shore winds, in a reef-enclosed Sandy Bay. Safe, with lots of space on the water, and chop & hop conditions for exciting riding. The Reef is a popular beach cafe & restaurant with guest rooms in the south of St Lucia: an English-speaking volcanic island in the Caribbean. We offer a lively, friendly, safe work environment with a basic salary, commission on lessons, free private accommodation and a work permit.
