Kitesurf | Wingfoil | Windsurf Instructor Lake Garda 2025 Full Time

Duotone Pro Center Torbole is searching for a Kitesurf & Wingfoil instructor for Season 2025 in Italy, Lake Garda. If you got in general all Watersport experiences ( Kite, Wingfoil and Windsurf) we would be happy too. We offer good salary, possibility of accomodation near to the center, a welcoming and stimulating work place, brand new Duotone Kiteboarding materials and Pro camps . German speaking is preferred but motivated instructors with good experience might go well with English

KITESURF EXPERTISE

IKO/VDWS instructor certificate
Teaching according to the IKO standards incl. post-course student certification
Motorboat driving license
Knowledge and experience in teaching from Motorboat
Day-to-day center activities such as equipment distribution, organization, maintenance, clean-up
Daily planning of kite courses
Checking of wind forecast and kite spots conditions
Teaching Kite theory while there is no wind
Delivering the best service and highest quality instructions
Good knowledge of Duotone & ION equipment
Skills on creating material for social media channels
Being positive, building the brand and the team
Seasonal position (April/May-September/October)
Requested languages : fluent English and German , preferably also Italian and more

WINDSURFING EXPERTISE

VDWS instructor certificate
Teaching according to our standards incl. post-course student certification
Checking of wind forecast and spot conditions
Delivering the best service and highest quality instructions
Day-to-day center activities such as equipment distribution, organization, maintenance, clean-up
Good knowledge of Duotone & ION equipment

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL WATERSPORTS

You are a licensed kitesurfing / windsurf or wingfoil instructor, have training experience and lead courses for all skill levels
You are bursting with energy and can’t wait to pass on your knowledge to our guests
You make sure that our guests have the ultimate kiteboarding/wingfoiling or windsurfing experience
You have a friendly appearance, you are motivated, and enjoy working with adults and children
You are fair, flexible, spontaneous, and like to lend a hand if needed
You are a reliable team player
