Surf coach wanted – Lombok, Indonesia Full Time
Surfcamp Lombok are always open to explore opportunities to work with genuine people with a good attitude. We are on a very personal journey here which started with zero capital in the bank and very limited life experience. We have been living on site since 2007 and have been organically growing (not in volume but in quality) by re-investing our profits. In our experience the profile we are looking for is a young, open minded and honest person that has a good attitude for learning our quite different take on facilitating a “surf camp” experience. Then over time the “right” kind of people tend pick up on our approach while we also try to integrate any new ideas that emerges along this process in order to keep evolving.
Requirements
- Professionally qualified Surf Coach
- Good attitude, honest, high self awareness and great communication skills (knows how to really listen, not just waiting to talk).
- Show an interest and commit to our ethos and guidelines
