Requirements:
- ISA-certified surf instructor (min. Level 1, level 2 preferred)
- First Aid & CPR certified (lifeguard preferred)
- 5+ years experience in surf coaching & team leadership, in diverse working environment
- Strong English communication skills (Indonesian is a plus)
- Confident managing lessons, schedules & ocean safety
- Experience with video analysis, surf theory & training programs
- Leadership mindset with strong customer service & sales skills
- Able to train surf coaches
