Surf coach – Auckland, NZ Full Time

We are looking for a Surf Coach to work with our Head Coach to deliver a variety of surf lessons, programs and courses right NOW and the upcoming season.

You will be involved with beginner groups, intermediate lessons, weekly progressive programs, holiday programmes, after school surfing clubs, school camps and more.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 year experience as a surf instructor, ideally prefer 2 years+ experience.

If you have excellent communication and relationship skills, inspire people around you and you are extremely motivated and passionate about surf coaching – this is great opportunity for you.

We expect that you are mature & responsible!

ROLE

• Surf Lessons for beginners and intermediates
• Assisting at our surf shop with customers & meeting surfers prior to lessons
• Also some general day to day surf school operational tasks & equipment maintenance

You need to be able to operate to our lesson structures and teachings, however we welcome you to present new concepts and ideas to benefit the team and our customers!

REQUIREMENTS

• ISA or ASI or similar surf instructor qualification
• Drivers license
• Speak fluent English
