Beach manager in California, US Full Time Temporary

Are you a born leader with the eye of a hawk?  Are you teachable?  We are looking to hire a person who can:

• Multitask with Laser like Focus
• Be Detail Oriented
• Confidently Make Mindful Executive Decisions

You will need to coordinate everything at the location you manage in this position.  This job requires you to be present and conscious of the daily, weekly and monthly schedule.  You will be asked to plan ahead to make sure everything runs well, and smooth (like a beautiful glassy wave).

You will be in charge of reading weather and ocean conditions in order to maintain our safety protocols.

• You embrace the “first one there and last one to leave” mindset
• You stay calm during high-pressure situations and can problem-solve/prioritize quickly
• You are teachable and open to coaching

• You have a strong background in a manager role
