A stretch of time where you teach what you love, feel the wind on your skin, connect with grounded people, and live simply by the sea. We’re looking for a skilled, kind, and conscious Kitesurf Instructor to join our small team for the late 2025 season.

🌅 ABOUT THE CAMP
Our home base is nestled between the calm waters of Ringkøbing Fjord and the raw coastline of the North Sea. It’s peaceful, wild, and full of soul.
We offer:
A private flatwater kite spot right in the backyard

Space to breathe, reset, and enjoy the ride

💼 YOUR ROLE
As our Kite Instructor, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience and the heartbeat of our windy days. You’ll:
Teach beginner to intermediate kiteboarding lessons (approx. 20–30 hrs/week, wind-dependent)
Create a space that’s safe, empowering, and judgment-free
Help manage gear, safety, and setup with care
Support guests with questions and encouragement, on and off the beach
Join our communal rhythm — from dinners to sauna nights to sunrise coffees
Share input and ideas with the team to make the season meaningful for everyone
You’ll have autonomy, trust, and room to shape the experience — we believe in flow over force.

🧭 WHO YOU ARE
Certified Kitesurf Instructor with experience teaching
Calm, grounded, and emotionally aware
Friendly, reliable, and confident with guests of all levels
You enjoy working with others but are comfortable on your own
You speak English fluently (German or Danish is a bonus)
You love shared meals, simple living, and real conversations
