We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Kitesurf Instructor to join our team on a long-term basis. The position offers 9 months of active work and 3 months of vacation per year, providing a great work-life balance.

Our main season runs from May to late October at Ringkobing Fjord near Hvide Sande. The other months it is more calm. And you get enough time to be in the water yourself. Our camp boasts a private kite spot in the backyard, with waves just a short stroll away on the other side. Enjoy breathtaking sunrise & sunset sessions on the Fjord or ocean, followed by a relaxing sauna visit.

During the main season you have around 30 hours of work a week. Plus some social interactions with the guests. There are two weeks off during the main season so you have some time to relax and recharge your batteries.

At our camp, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and enhance the kite camps alongside our camp manager, offering a blend of responsibilities and creative freedom. Here’s what we provide: free accommodation & meals, private kite spot, gear usage, serene surroundings, stunning views, and a salary based on employment terms.
