Small surf-oriented hotel is looking for a hands-on Hotel Manager, just 150 meters from some of the best waves in Costa Rica.

What you’ll do
Hire, train and manage staff
Oversee daily hotel operations
Step in at reception when needed
Cover 2 days per week at the front desk
Keep everything running smoothly
Requirements
Strong computer & software skills
Social media management
Fluent English & Spanish
Organized, reliable, independent
Big plus
Surf camp / surf tourism marketing experience
