High-Voltage Surf Adventure is looking for a confident, social, organised, high-vibe Host to join our team in December 2025 or January 2026 for a 3 month period.
You’ll be the backbone of the guest experience—ensuring every arrival feels like a VIP moment and every day runs smoothly, cleanly, and with that signature High-Voltage energy.

⚡️ YOUR CORE TASKS

Guest Experience

• Welcoming guests on arrival with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Managing check-ins and check-outs
• Being a friendly, social presence around the villa
• Helping create a fun, positive, community-focused vibe

House & Room Responsibilities

• Making up guest bedrooms for arrival (fresh linens, layout, details)
• Daily cleaning and maintaining bedrooms during the retreat
• Laying out breakfast each morning
• Clearing and putting away breakfast afterwards
• Spot-checking the villa throughout the day
• Maintaining general cleanliness of shared spaces
• Supporting the team with any operational tasks that keep the surf house world-class

Social Energy

• Joining in on social nights and group moments
• Helping guests feel connected, included, and energized
• Being the “friendly face” of the Surf house
