Kitesurf school is looking for stuff – Fuerteventura, Spain Full Time

KITE School based in the North Fuerteventura looking for staff for short and long term contracts starting ASAP for the summer season, starting from March.

We will Appreciate: 

• levels 1 or 2 with experience
• Fluent English + Spanish or Italian or French (minimum 2 of these languages with high level of communication)
• Hard working, reliable, honest and makes a fair job with the students. Maximum quality teaching required.
• Boat abilities will be appreciated, all our water lessons are done by the boat. Please don’t apply if you are not able to work from a boat.

We offer:

20,30 or 40 hours legal contracts (you must be able to work with no problem in the UE). Hours of contract depends on the abilities of the instructor and their needs.

Minimum salary 20/H week 750€
+ Extra hours (level 1)

Medium salary 30/H week 1150€
+ Extra hours (levels 1 or 2)

Maximum salary 40/H week 1500€
+ Extra hours (levels 2 or 3)

Revision of the agreement and working conditions after 3 months.

In case of really experienced 3rd level instructors, that can occupate manager position and want to apply for the position, the conditions will be discussed in private.

We don’t  offer accommodation.
