Watersports Instructor Full Time

Next Level Watersports is a best-in-class provider of kiteboarding, wakeboarding, hydrofoiling, and winging instruction in Nantucket, MA.  We have a team of incredible coaches who take pride in advancing their riding and coaching abilities while building lasting relationships with our clients.  We require team players who are willing to pitch in and make sure that our end-to-end client service and operations function seamlessly.  Relationship building to build recurring revenue is a key skill to success.

Qualified candidates will be intermediate to advanced kiteboarders capable of basic tricks (jumping, backrolls, frontrolls, etc.) and capable of riding in multiple disciplines (Hydrofoil, surfboard, wave riding, etc.).  Candidates must have a background in operating motorboats and hold the minimum requirements to obtain an Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels (OUPV) license.  Preferred candidates will also have a background/experience coaching in a team setting and prior experience in a camp/sailing program setting.  We will take you through all the required training prior to doing any coaching.

Supplemented housing is provided.  Dates required are roughly June 15 through the end of August.  Minimum age of 18 YO.  Coaches who work hard make extremely good money throughout the Summer.
