Receptionist in a small hotel – Playa Grande, Costa Rica Full Time

Small hotel 150 m from beach break with 13 rooms, bar and restaurant is looking for a receptionist.

Job Description:

• Management of guest arrival, orientation, and departure
• Management software of check in, check out, bookings and email
• Management of guest experience
• Management of the team to ensure proper execution of responsibilities
• Management of weekly/monthly  expense accounting for Cash Account (petty cash)

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Background and work experience in customer service
• Computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, Gmail and Google Drive
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills and collaborative management style
