Surf Instructor near Lisbon 🏄🏻‍♂️ Full Time Part Time Temporary

We are hiring fully motivated and professional Surf Instructors to be part of our experienced team and give high quality surf lessons.

Where: Cascais, Portugal

Months: April – November 2026

Position: Paid Job – no accommodation or meals included

Schedule: Flexible according to our surf lessons schedule (1 or 2 lessons a day – 4h or 8h).

Main Tasks:

• Organize and give surf lessons to all kinds of students (level, age, nationality, etc.);
• Use our teaching model and show the correct safety techniques;
• Be responsible for all the surf lessons duties (receive payments, register students, report any problems, etc.);
• Arrange and save all the surf material before and after the lessons.

Basic qualifications:

• Portuguese Instructor Course (Cédula de Treinador Desportivo) is a big plus or ISA / ASI course required (up to date);
• Valid EU drivers license (manual);
• Previous experience in a similar job or general surf experience;
• Fluency (spoken) in English and other languages (German, French or Spanish) is a plus.
