Surf Instructor long and short term Freelance Full Time Part Time

Do you want to work on a sunny island with 365 days season (sometimes more, sometimes less) directly next to the surf beach?

Good 🙂 We are looking for surf instructors to join our team.

What we expect:

• Instructor and Lifeguard license
• Driver’s license
• Age 25+
• Experience as an instructor (other sports counting as well)
• Good teaching skills for theory and practice
• Speak and understand English (team language)
• Reliability and sense of responsibility

What you can expect:

• 5 day work week
• Contract with social security and vacation
• Payment according to education, duties and responsibilities
• Accommodation in our Surf Camp

Available spots:

• Long term position open beginning in January
• Short term and Freelance positions open dependent on request (we are looking for instructors we can contact in high seasons)
