I’m Lucia Berzacola, a 21 years old Italian student at Genoa University. I’m graduating at translation Faculty in October 2020.

Thanks to my career I have a good knowledge of foreign languages, as well as basic informatics skills using World and Excell. I have good interpersonal skills due to my short past experience as receptionist and my current job as waitress. I love talking to costumers to suit their needs.
