We are looking for receptionist from November first 2023 till end of March 2024 100mt from best Costa Rican waves, Receptionist work consists of 6 days weekly, 8 hours daily at front desk in 13 rooms hotel.
Job Description:
- Management of guest arrival, orientation and departure
- Management software of check in, check out, bookings and email
- Management of guest experience
- Management of the team to ensure proper execution of responsibilities
- Management of weekly/monthly expense accounting for Cash Account (petty cash)
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Background and work experience in customer service
- Computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, Gmail and Google Drive
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and collaborative management style
