Surf Coach Full Time

Proud providers of all-inclusive surf trips since 2009, Las Plumerias Surf Lodge is looking for a qualified and experienced surf coach from now until mid-September

MISSIONS

• To provide daily surf guiding/coaching/lessons to a multinational clientele
• To insure guest safety at all times
• To drive small groups of surfers to different surf spots minimum twice a day
• To represent Las Plumerias in a respectful and joyful manner, in and out of the water
• To provide regular video and/or photo technical analysis
• To offer a weekly surf theory presentation (open subject, 45 mins approximately)
• To engage with our guests in a friendly manner outside of surf time
• To provide quality surf coaching, for all levels (beginner to advanced), whether in or out of the water
• To participate in Lodge life outside of surf time.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years experience as surf coach, and 10 years as a surfer
• ISA L1 qualification or equivalent
• First Aid certification
• Experience with photo/video equipment
• Experience with video feedback software is a bonus
• Valid driving licence, and experience with a manual gearbox. Offroading experience is a bonus
• Fluent English, French and/or Spanish is a bonus
• Passport with at least 6 months validity
• Your own surfing equipment
