Surf Instructor – Level 1 (Cascais, Portugal) Full Time

SURF INSTRUCTOR 

We are hiring fully motived and professional Surf Instructors to be part of our experienced team and give high quality surf lessons.

Where: Surf Villa in Cascais, Portugal

Months: March – December 2023

Position: Paid Job – no accommodation or meals included

Schedule: Flexible according to our surf lessons schedule (1 or 2 lessons a day – 4h or 8h).

Main Tasks:

• Organize and give surf lessons to all kinds of students (level, age, nationality, etc.);
• Use our teaching model and show the correct safety techniques;
• Arrange and save all the surf material before and after the lessons.

Basic qualifications:

• Portuguese Instructor Course (Cédula de Treinador Desportivo) is a big plus or ASI / ISA course required (up to date);
• Valid EU drivers license required;
• Previous experience in a similar job or general surf experience is important;
• Fluency (spoken) in English and other language (German, French or Spanish) is a plus.
