Pacific Surf School is hiring surf instructors to join our team. We are looking for a looking for a person that is passionate about teaching people how to surf, someone who loves to be in the water and being around people to be part of this amazing lifestyle.

We are searching for both male and female professionals in the surfing industry because we provide top tier surf instruction and operate at the highest standards. As professionals, we trust you can fulfill our expectations, where as most “surfer dudes” tend to lack the caliber of commitment and responsibility we expect from our instructors.

Certain abilities are obviously required. You must be able to swim. You must have an understanding of the ocean. You must also be physically fit, as this is a physical job.

We also put a strong emphasis on team work. We work as a collective unit with the unified goal of providing our students with a complete California surf experience. We expect the team to deliver that California surf experience day in and day out. There should be lots of stoked high-fives.
