Seasonal Surf Instructor Part Time Temporary

The Famous Broulee Surf School has been sharing the stoke since 1996. Based on the beautiful South Coast of NSW, situated in one of the most wave rich parts of Australia. Close to major cities Canberra and Sydney, we are the longest running and most popular surf school in this coastal region.

We are seeking one, possibly two, permanent part-time surf instructors for the 2023-2024 season, starting in September and finishing in April. Experience in surf coaching is esssential, either Surfing Australia or ISA Level 1 certificate. Training can be provided for the right applicant. Stand Up Paddle (SUP) coaching certificate a bonus.

What we are looking for:

•  Male or Female, and a couple would be desirable!
•  Competent surfing ability on either a shortboard or longboard
•  English speaking
•  Strong communication skills
•  High level of fitness, for long days in the surf coaching
•  A passion for teaching children from 6 years and up

This 7 month seasonal position will be on a part-time basis, with variable hours on a weekly roster. Remuneration to be negotiated.  Accommodation can be organised as part of the employment package.
