Surf Boutique Hotel Manager Full Time

We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Surf Boutique Hotel Manager. We take great pride in our boutique hotel located in an idyllic setting, offering our guests a unique experience combining  hospitality, a passion for surfing, and nice cuisine.

Job Description: As the Surf Boutique Hotel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the overall management of our establishment. You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while providing personalized service to our surf-loving guests. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all hotel operations, including reception, accommodation, restauration, and related services.
• Recruiting, training, and managing a competent and dedicated team.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by attending to all their needs.
• Dealing with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations, etc
• Managing reservations, arrivals, and departures efficiently and courteously.
• Handling marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least two years experience as a hotel, boutique hotel or lodge manager or relevant role
• Excellent staff management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences.
• Strong financial management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent french and english

Preferred Profile:

• Degree in hotel management, tourism, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of hotel operations and service standards.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and public relations skills.

• Full-time permanent contract.
• Location: Imesouane, Morocco
