We are seeking a dynamic and experienced surf instructor to join our team as a business partner for our upcoming surf and yoga camp in Portugal. This is a unique chance to combine your passion for surfing with entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to the growth and success of our camp.

Our surf and yoga camp is set in Lourinha/Portugal, offering an ideal environment for surfers and yogis alike to connect with nature, learn new skills, and rejuvenate body and mind. We are committed to providing an unforgettable experience for our guests, blending the excitement of surfing with the serenity of yoga in a supportive and inclusive community.

Role Description:
As a surf instructor and business partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the camp’s offerings, fostering a positive guest experience, and driving business growth. This multi-faceted position includes:

Surf Instruction:

• Lead surf lessons for guests of all skill levels, providing comprehensive instruction and guidance in the water.
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes skill development and confidence building.

Business Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the camp’s founder to develop and implement business strategies, marketing initiatives, and guest engagement activities.
• Contribute innovative ideas and insights to enhance the camp’s offerings and guest experience.

Community Engagement:

• Build and nurture relationships with guests, local surfers, and the broader community.
• Represent the camp at local events, surf competitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a surf instructor, with relevant certifications and qualifications.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for business development and growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with guests and colleagues.
• Availability to be present in Portugal for the camp’s opening season and beyond.
